This is my second time phone interviewing with home depot. The first time I didnt get schedule or a Face To Face interview; but this time I did. Anyway, I applied Online to many stores. Then got an email stating their interest in my applications. So I called the staffing center and went threw a phone screening then spoke a very polite lady and she asked me questions and type my answers. Then she told me that I was Scheduled for a Face to Face interview. She gave me my date and time.

In the interview process, you must come 15 minutes early and have a proper I.D, you must wear casual or appropriate clothing. You must answer questions truthfully about your personal info and availability.

Ask simple questions in regards to customer service and some math. This was almost 5 years ago. The Home Depot is a good company to work for. They have done well with associates with covid 19.
