Easy online application, the interviewer was personable and the questions were mostly situational and easy to answer. Very easy process overall. Unfortunately they didn't have openings when I was available.

What do you do if a customer asks for help and your shift is over/almost over?
There was no interview. They just sat you down, you filled out information for background check and they would explain the job. They would make sure that you could do the job and understand it, and that was it.

Online application, followed by a survey. If you do well, you receive an email telling you to go to the store and you have the interview. pretty easy overall. No difficult questions, bring up and relevant experience.
