I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot in Mar 2020
Interview
Multiple interviews, communication with recruitment was great, hiring manager strongly eluded to there being an offer, even discussed salary expectations... then was ghosted. No responses from recruiting, hiring manager or any of the partners I took the time to meet with. I was extremely flexible with their scheduling and had upwards of 4 in person interactions at different locations inclusive of at a store. Met some great people, but I would not recommend working here and would not ever apply for a role again given the complete lack of care. Even a rejection email is a notification, take care of your applicants they are customers too.

Interview
Long process, still waiting for response. Started with a phone screen, then a phone interview and then got selected to participate on their assessment. The 4 hour assessment consisted of a skills test with some sample cases and multiple choice answer, a role play, and a panel interview.
