From the time I applied to the phone interview was relatively short. Within three days of applying, I was scheduled for a phone interview. I answered all of the basic questions that one would expect in a preliminary phone interview. Unfortunately, once we came to the salary history part of the discussion, I found myself having to back pedal considerably because the salary range that they were considering was far below any job I'd held in the past 8 years.
