Received a phone call from a HD corporate recruiter 2 days after completing the online application in-store. A few very run of the mill questions concerning your work history, background, & personality are asked. Next you have an in store interview with a dept manager. This interview will be very boring and will likely take less that 15 min. Then you leave and wait for someone (or something...?) to contact you regarding whatever step is next... Maybe...? Clearly, I have yet to receive this contact.
Very straightforward interview process, was asked 3 questions that were easy to answer. The 3 questions consisted of asking personal questions that were easy to answer. Overall, A great and easy interview proccess.

Question 1
What are 3 habits you have that are good about you?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2023
Interview
Quick. Easy. Painless. I walked in and sat down about 10 minutes early, soon after the woman who handled HR came and greeted me and gave me a tour of the building. While on the tour she asked me questions about myself and previous work experience. When the tour was over she asked me when I could start.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2022
Interview
-Interview with Department Supervisor and Assistant Manager. -More of a conversation rather than an interview. -Not rushed, very open ended questions. -You do not feel pressured to answer questions how you think they would want answered. -Asked at the end by interviewers how you think this interview went, how could both you and the interviewer improve.
