I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Willow Grove, PA) in June 2015
Interview
The interview process was a relaxed and easygoing. First I applied online then I got a call and did a phone screening. Then after sometime went by, I was able to schedule an interview. The interview itself was with one of the managers and one of the department supervisors and they asked me about seven, pretty straightforward, job related questions about my previous experience. The manager was the one asking me the questions while the other person recorded my responses on paper. Before I left they took my phone number down and said that they would be in contact with me, and then I heard back from the ASDS and we set up a date to meet and we talked for a little bit. Eventually I briefly talked with the Store Manager and he offered me the job.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Lake Havasu Cty, AZ) in Feb 2016
Interview
At the interview the manager at the get go told me I was over qualified for the position. So she was asking me some off the wall questions that had nothing to do with cashing out customers. Than she asked me if I knew anything about eletrical and plumbing I told her yes. I think I boggled her mind because I new the answers to all her questions. I guess she thought that I was lying on my application. One thing I learned in life is that it never pays to lie.
