I was hired internally as I was already working as a Customer Service Desk Associate. I was interested in becoming a Supervisor/ Manager, so I started speaking with my direct manager as well as the Store Manager to express my interest in becoming a Supervisor/ Manager. I was then referred to the online application for current employees. I filled out the application and took an online assessment, I believe. I then let my Managers know that I had completed the application and they set an initial interview with me and then a second interview. I was firstly interviewed by the Operations Manager (Head of the department that I wanted to supervise and manage), followed by a 2nd interview with the Store Manager. After the interview with the Store Manager, I was immediately selected for my new position of Pack Down Team Supervisor. The interview questions thereof were in my opinion, very easy and reasonable! I loved this job! All positions that I worked :) Don’t worry, you’ll do great!!!
