Interview
Two rounds of interviews, first with HR associate, and according to how you did in that first interview, your second and final interview will be with the store manager. Situational questions, a little bit of background information, and why are you interested in working there.

You’re helping one customer find an item and then another customer walks up to you and starts to make questions, what would you do?
Easy. Basic questions about ability to trouble shoot home repair questions. Asked questions on past customer service skills. Asked questions on availability. Asked questions about future goals. Overall it was a basic interview

Interview
The interview process was just a few questions. And some on the computer. I feel like I wasn’t accepted for many reasons. As usual in this town you’re a minority of you’re white. You don’t get picked if anyone else shows up.
A few years have passed so things may have changed, but when I applied there was no interview. I just put an application in on the website and a day later I received a job offer.
