USAA Software Developer &Amp; Integrator III interview questions

First round featured a one on one with a college recruiter. Questions centred around creativity and logical problems. A month later (and the night before the second round), candidates for both full-time and internships were treated to a nice dinner. Second round consisted of two group interviews and one individual interview. Although I did not get the offer, it was an incredible experience.
