I had an interview for Product Dev Manager , a contract position. I felt I was the right candidate based on the job description, the product to manage and my skills.. However, the interview experience made me decide not to continue with the process. The Hiring Manager did not even attend the meeting. It was his/her employee. The interview questions were focused specific to technical skills, he did not care about my experience. Interrupted me many times while I was explaining my experience. He just wanted me to described how in details I write user stories. I think in that case job description should mention that they are not looking for a Product Manager, but a user story writer. He was rude.
