Applied online, talked to Scott in Texas. Got Steven's number from him and got in touch. Came back home after military training and wasn't sure of myself at first. But I know I am destined for something better and thought to myself that this might be it, might pass up something great. You get what you put in into anything, so if I work hard I will get nothing but rewards.

zoom and in person...group meeting. awkward in a conference room informational meeting with slide show showing how great the company is and how much money you can make. They then hand you off to individual agents. The agents ask you about yourself and why you are looking and what experience you have and what type of commitment you can make. they

Easy interview people were very nice. Explained a good bit on who they were and how they operated. They said they provided tons of bonus a year and compensation. 100% commission I believe as well.
