      Sales Executive Interview

      4 Feb 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I interviewed at USHEALTH Advisors in Feb 2020

      Interview

Couldn’t tell you! A phone interview was set up for a set day and time and never heard a word! Not a call, or email, nothing! Completely unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with these people, they obviously have no business acumen! There are many other sales jobs out there with companies that know how to operate!

      Sales Executive Interview

      14 Mar 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Norcross, GA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at USHEALTH Advisors (Norcross, GA) in Aug 2017

      Interview

I got a call from an assistant with the company set up an interview, had a group panel, then 1 on 1. Interview begins as an orientation explaining nuts and bolts of everything, anything from the multiple opportunities available to compensation structure and extra opportunities to make cash and competitions. ALL questions and more will be answered. This gave me an excellent opportunity to know if this company was for me. Then we split into individual interviews where it gave the managers a chance to get to know me and know if i was a good fit for the company.

      Sales Executive Interview

      10 June 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Houston, TX
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at USHEALTH Advisors (Houston, TX) in May 2017

      Interview

After you apply you will get an email to schedule a meeting time and day. Then when you go in you will be given a form to fill with basic questions and be put in a room full of chairs and a tv. This is basically a group "interview" prior to the individual interview, i was in there with about 10 more people. A bit awkward if you ask me. A video will play on constant loop on telling you who the company is and how awesome they are. Then a guy will go in, Im assuming it was the hiring manager, and tell you his story of how he was unemployed and was in a room just like you sitting in that same chair looking to make a life change... short story is you can make tons of money with little work after 5 years or so. You then are told after the 1 hr long or so presentation to "decide" if this thing is something you would like to do or not. The job is to sell health insurance to small business and individuals. You need to be licensed by the state, if you are not then you will share your commissions until you do. It seemed a bit too good to be true... almost like a pyramid scheme. Just my opinion tho.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They don't ask you questions until you listen to the whole presentation and then decide if you want to try to get the job.

Thank you for taking time to attend one of our group orientation sessions. We find these sessions to be very helpful to those who are seeking an opportunity, because it gives us a chance to share our information with candidates in an open forum. Then...as you stated...those who are interested in pursuing a career with us, have an opportunity to engage in a 1-1 interview. Not everyone finds our opportunity appealing...and that's ok. For those who work hard and subscribe to the proven success strategies we deploy in our business...a career with USHA has been a very positive, life-changing experience.
