Interview
In room with other candidates and are given and overview the company and possible earning potential. They make it sound like a great opportunity. I would not get sold just on the numbers. It will take a lot of personal determination to meet those lofty totals they give to you. Try to sell the job to you as a career. Which it could be because you are your own boss.

Question 1
How do you rate your phone skills on a scale of 1 to 10. Was questions like that. Then just some formal questions.
1- Presentation – This session, attended by you and around 20 others, likely provided an overview of the company, its values, and possibly details about the role you were all interviewing for.
2. Manager’s Exposition – After the presentation, the manager shared their own career progression within the company. He explained that they expected for you to work between 50 to 70 hours a week. They rest (maybe) on Sundays. They work 8am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday all year around.
3. One-on-One Interviews – Following the manager’s talk, each candidate was taken individually by an employee for a private interview, allowing for more personal interaction and a better opportunity to assess

Easy 10 question sheet, quick style, no issues with background but you work slave hours and no breaks but pay is average but if you need a job they hire almost anyone
Were very kind and energetic about the position making me feel at ease during the hiring process was not stressful at all and was overall one of the better experiences I've had
