Super odd, shady group interview NO SALARY it is a Pure 1099 position, unlike as “advertised” One guy just went on about benefits, retirement, etc. THERE ARE NONE. ITS 1099!

Interview
They scheduled a time to interview me, I was ready at the time, and they never called or sent me a meeting invitation. I emailed asking about it, and they didn't respond until a week later asking to set up another interview at the same time the following week, offering no explanation as to why they didn't make the original interview.

Do you want to work in sales for a minimal amount of time?
Group interview then one on one. The initial group interview is a power point presentation, where they explain the inner workings of the company. If they are interested in you they will call you back and interview you one on one.
