Go in to watch a group presentation to get you interested and then you sit with a team leader. Go over how great of an opportunity it is, answers questions and helps you get set up to take the producer license test.
zoom and in person...group meeting. awkward in a conference room informational meeting with slide show showing how great the company is and how much money you can make. They then hand you off to individual agents. The agents ask you about yourself and why you are looking and what experience you have and what type of commitment you can make. they

Easy interview people were very nice. Explained a good bit on who they were and how they operated. They said they provided tons of bonus a year and compensation. 100% commission I believe as well.
