HR will phone screen first. If found good then go thru face to face multiple interviews with the Team (peer level and one level above the position considered) and finally the Hiring Director/VP.

First round with HM. Second round, panel interview for 30 mins and then 30 presentation with time for interviewers to ask questions regarding presentation. Present a project that was worked on and be prepared to answer questions.

It was all virtual interviews for a remote role. In total, 3 separate interviews to meet with various levels (hr, hiring manager, panel with equivalent level employees). Questions felt more about personality fit versus resume/skills; which in retrospect is telling.

Interview
Four interviews spread out over three days. Very organized; behavioral -type questions. I had plenty of time to ask questions at the end of each interview. Everyone was on time for the interviews, they listened to my responses and asked follow-up questions.
