first interview is with a recruiter, they will do a telephone screening and then a follow up interview with additional questions. You'll be scheduled with a few members of the Vanguard team (not necessarily in your direct department) who will come through in shifts. Pretty typical interview process, and be prepared to answer STAR questions.

Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Got a phone interview that lasted 20 minutes asking about your background and why you are interested in the company. Then they schedule for another with the hiring manager virtually.

There are 2 rounds for interviews, one was over the phone and the other is on Microsoft Teams. The first interview was a lot of asking why I wanted to work for Vanguard, my experience, etc. I have not done the second interview yet.
