Interview
I had one interview with a lady from HR. It was around 45 minutes and I was asked very specific questions from previous work experience. I had to take some time to really think about my responses. It was different than any other interview that I have had in the past. I would recommend being well-prepared.

"Could you tell me about a time when your boss was doing something wrong and you fixed it. Also, how did your boss react?"
One quick 15 minute screener. Then four hour virtual superday. 30 minute intro. 1 hour behavioral with STAR method questions and basic interview stuff. 1 hour situational going through client scenarios. Then networking with current members

What order would I would prioritze tasks including emails, client trades, etc.
On campus interview with recruiter and program leader followed by super day with 3 practical case study interviews with current advisors and a look at life at vanguard. Questions ranged from behavioral to technical given a client situation.

Here is a family that comes to you with a problem, what is your advice?
It was very thorough and all of the people interviewing were inquisitive. I accepted the offer because I liked the environment and the interview process. It was an on-site interview.
