Very smooth and effective rounds. Little bit tecnical but more on banking domain knowledge

Wells Fargo. A typical next step is a phone or video screening with a recruiter (or hiring manager) to review your work history, motivation for the role, and fit with the team. If you move forward, you’ll likely participate in one or more in-person or virtual interviews (often panel style) where behavioral (using the STAR method) and situational questions are common. Interview
Interviewed with 6 different people plus a case study, and then was ghosted which is pretty unprofessional. Seems like not a great team or company to work for, but compensation would have been pretty good.
