I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wells Fargo treats each and every employee as an asset by encouraging employees to continuously learn and grow both individually and as a team. I have never worked for a company that focuses so intensely on supporting its' employees through coaching, mentoring, and encouraging career development.

    Cons

The only cons involved in working for Wells Fargo involve those barriers that employees may create as a result of poor adherence to schedule, or not reaching out to ask questions when necessary.

    Advice to Management

Most always do, but make sure to say good morning to each and every one of your team members! It really makes a difference and makes being at work feel like being home!

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Love the opportunities available. My current manager is the best manager I've ever had at any employer. They highly encourage professional development and have helped me hone in on what I'd like my career to look like. I also feel that if you work hard with great quality, you will be recognized for your successes.

    Cons

While an entry-level position is easy to snag, it can take some time and dedication to land a higher-up position. There is a lot of competition internally to move up. And they are a company that hires from within, which is great if you already work there but if you want to access a higher-up position directly, it can be challenging. Also, the health insurance is high-deductible.

    Advice to Management

Communication is key! I have seen great communication within management but also poor communication. This is likely possible in any company, however.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to learn and the team invests in your learning/development
Open, collaborative, and (dare I say) fun atmosphere, especially for a big bank
Despite what is in the news, everyone I've worked with are highly ethical and good to work for
Tons of opportunity across different parts of the organization if you want a role change

    Cons

Job can be stressful at times although hours are normally good
Public perception of the organization is not high in public/media
