They contacted me via email and scheduled a phone interview with the recruiter which was quick and simple. Then I was contacted again to schedule a second interview with the manager. The manager cancelled our interviews twice. Once we finally spoke, he said I'd hear the next week. Over 3 weeks later I got an auto decline.

They asked behavioral interview questions. Be prepated.
Was hired through a staffing agency. Completed a phone screen and was hired as a contractor. Hired full time 6 months later as a full time employee with an increase in pay.
