I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo in July 2010
Interview
I knew one of the Financial Analyst Program managers who sent out my resume to Wells Fargo recruiters so I got to skip the first round (which I have heard is a phone interview where they grill you with Finance/Accounting questions). I was sent directly to the office to have face-to-face interview with the group that I would be working with. I met with the Office Manager and two SVPs. It was mainly straightforward and I was mainly asked personality/fit questions, as well as past experiences. There was only one question that had to do with the actual work. The third round was with another Financial Analyst Program manager who asked questions about the Company as well as Accounting questions.

Question 1
How much did WFB have in assets the last quarter? What price was the stock at last?
Two rounds of interviews both on zoom with multiple people. Questions were behavioral and some finance specific questions. All the interviews lasted 30 minutes and we were in a waiting room before the interview started

Question 1
A time I have been on a team and had multiple tasks at once. How did I resolve it?
Standard questions, behavioral and they are all from a bank of questions they don’t deviate from. Very rigid compared to past and you have to tell your own story because they won’t ask good questions.
ALP is the consultant for hiring to wells Fargo. They conduct 1st as group discussion. They who got selected will be having technical round & they asked about finance & accounting questions. It's a panal round.
