There are multiple rounds.first you will be shortlisted for the interview. Then solving Java programs in written test. Some basic Java questions will be asked. I didn't clear the interview as I didn't prepared well.

Initial was a phone screening by the HR. Few standard questions to find the job fit. Next was from the management - 8 behavioral questions. Nothing technical, but all situation based questions. To know your innovations, contributions to the team, collaboration etc. Many questions sounded so similar, so it was difficult to find distinct scenarios to explain the answers. Both HR and the managerial round were friendly. I loved that the HR didnt ghost on the candidates, but was very truthful and communicative.
