Interview
Cut and dry. Asked about dealing with difficult customers and banking knowledge. Determined if you would be a good fit, relationship wise, with your prospective team. They want a conservative appearance. For example, there was one candidate, who looked respectable enough, but he wore a "man bun" and that alone was a big turn off. The people who interviewed him weren't stuffy it's just that the candidate simply didn't fit the mold per se.

Well its all about who you know in the company and not what you know, the pay for the position is bad, there is a lot of pressure by the manager. you must go out to find business to sign up.
