I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (New York, NY) in June 2020
Interview
Interview was during Covid-19, so nothing was in-person
- First round with the recruiter: straight forward resume and skills overview
- Second Round: Phone interview with 3 people at once. Basic behavioral questions and resume walk through
- Final Round Case Study: I was given three business days to prepare a presentation for a case study exercise. I was provided with instructions and a handful of csv data files. Panel phone session was with 3 people. ~30 minutes to present, followed by ~30 min of mock case study questions, then ~30 min of usual interview/behavioral questions.
Overall good interview experience. If you're qualified for the job you're interviewing for, everything should be easy - including the case study. Everyone was nice and helpful. They use the STAR method, so make sure you go through all of your example thoroughly, including the solution.
