Multi-level interviews. They asked the same questions everyone asks. It's a very generic format. Give me an example of a time you multitasked. Give an example of when you were given a hard task and you accomplished it.

I completed an application. About two weeks later I received an email form a recruiter to schedule a telephone screening. I was screened for the position. the questions were easy. it took about 3 months for the system to update saying I didn't make it to the next step
