About nine situational questions which you had to answer using specific situation, action and result. The interviewers are busy writing down your response, so very little interaction. The candidate must either be experienced with this interview style, or have a very good ability to quickly access specific situations from memory.

Interview
Applied on the Wells Fargo career site. Initial contact was with corporate recruiter who asked about background, why I was interested in the position and Wells Fargo then a couple situational questions. Next interview was a "panel" with the DM and compliance manager. It included several situational question. I believe there was 6-8 questions. End of interview was my opportunity to ask any questions I had.
