A talent acquisition recruiter from Wells Fargo reached out via LinkedIn, had an initial HR screening then two rounds of interviews, each with two managers. It was a straightforward process all discussions were in a virtual setting.

Tell me about an experience in which you analyzed a large set of data and summarized it into a presentable format to review with senior leaders.
Three person panel interview with four to five behavioral questions. Questions are standardized to keep the process fair. Additional call scheduled as needed, but not required. Technical aspects of the interview are usually determined by the interviewer.

Please tell us about a time when you managed a complex regulatory issue.
Pretty normal ; follow-up was good. Professionally done. Good experience overall. Can’t say about the competition. Managers are nice . HR responsive. Questions are not too uncommon. Mine was in person.
