      Loan Administration Manager II Interview

      6 Nov 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Minneapolis, MN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2011

      Interview

Relaxed, more casual there were the "standard" questions but thought the hiring manager did a great job having open conversation. There wasn't pressure to answer questions that may not relate to the job.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO) in Aug 2014

      Interview

You will need to apply online first. The interview is a 3 step process - first you will talk on the phone with the recruiter, then you will have 30 minutes with the hiring manager on the phone and the final step will be a panel interview with 2 + managers.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Lots of behavioral questions. Prepare to talk about your skills, strengths and weaknesses. Any improvements that you have implemented, how did you do it and what was the outcome. How do you motivate employees, how do you manage conflict. What's your management style and how do you partner with others. Describe a situation when you and your manager did not agree, what did you do?
