The star method is ok if the questions are reasonable. The questions are too granular to try and respond. Now it's just about making up scenarios to get the job.

I don't recall the actual questions but they were granular.
One way, virtual interview that asked me 5 random questions about the job. Granted I was coming on as a contractor so that could vary depending on if you’re a full time worker.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Charlotte, NC) in May 2024
Interview
I went through separate two phone interviews with the recruiter. There was a third round of interviews, but I was not selected for the third round. The third round would have been with the manager.
