First interview was a recruiter screen over the phone. Second was a 45 minute behavioral interview with hiring manager and panel. Overall very straightforward and easy process. Panel interview was conducted over Microsoft Teams.

There was an initial phone interview with the recruiter and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. The initial contact takes weeks and to proceed to the next one can take weeks as well.
