Superday, where you spoke to two people, was pretty standard. Questions were what you would expect, and everyone was extremely kind. It is definitely one of the fairer interviews for sales and trading.

I had an initial phone interview then a superday in the Charlotte office. The interview consisted of both technical and behavioral questions. I received my offer within 24hrs of the superday.

Very organized, first round phone call interview, superday zoom interview with 2 employees, mostly behavioral questions not many technical questions. Very nice team and work culture. Although, I did not get an offer I appreciate that they told me 24 hours after the interview and not weeks or months later like other firms.
