I’d prefer to use the word challenging versus difficult and I would say the interview was challenging. Having said that, the effort and time I put in to preparing for the interview was extremely substantial and I feel I achieved a high standard. The interview process was based on being asked random questions involving past scenarios that occurred with Management, Coworkers, Success, Failures, etc. and required a response as to how I handled those circumstances. After the interview, I received a notification that I was being considered for placement and they were fine tuning where I would be placed, stating stay tuned. About two weeks later, I received another notification that I was not selected for the position. Therefore, the interview itself provided me with an opportunity to prepare myself to be drilled and rise to that occasion. As far as the way Wells Fargo handled the next phase of the hiring process, I feel they fell short and could have orchestrated the process differently.

Interview
I had a bad experience with Wells Fargo's interview process. No one scheduled the call properly, so it felt very unorganized as I already knew it was a fake interview. During the interview, the interviewers didn’t turn their cameras on, which made it feel less professional.
After the interview, I didn’t hear back for a long time. Overall, it felt like the interview wasn’t real, as everybody knows they conduct fake interviews and I was left with a negative feeling about how they handle interviews.
