Let me start off by saying that the entire recruiting practice of the ADAP is a complete mess, ran by a team that lacks attention to detail and honesty. First, the lead recruiter would not provide any detailed and honest information regarding the interview process and format. Second, this is the one that really threw me off, they pretty much told us that they will not make any decision regarding final round interview invitation until after all first round interviews are completed. Not only did they lied to us by inviting certain applicants who interviewed earlier with stronger performance to a early final round interview, but also proceed to extend offers while some applicants haven’t even done their first round (keep in mind, this is not a rolling application), clearly showing favoritism, unfairness, and a lack of transparency. If they even show this during the recruiting process, I cannot imagine how it will be within the firm. P.S, if you do a quick LinkedIn research regarding their previous hires, most of them all went to the same school and did the same degree program… If that doesn’t show favoritism, then I don’t know what else to tell you. No wonder their reputation has gone downhill tremendously within the past few years. Take this as your warning, do not waste your time applying to the ADAP.
