A preliminary phone call with an internal recruiter, followed by two 1 on 1 interviews, and a PowerPoint presentation in front of a panel. An offer came shortly the third interview/presentation.
Contacted by recruiter based on background. Expressed interest and scheduled interview with hiring Manager. Woefully unimpressed by hiring management. Poor representation of organization. If senior leaders in this firm are this inept, this is a red flag. I withdrew my candidacy directly thereafter.
