I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yardi Systems (Cluj-Napoca) in Sept 2022
Interview
First, I was given a technical test which consisted of a few logic problems, some SQL queries, and a few other problems. It wasn't difficult, maybe a bit too much for the given time, but definitely doable. Next, I was invited for a technical interview with 2 members of the team. The interviewers were nice and friendly. I had to discuss a few concepts with them and then solve some problems, one focused on OOP and one on SQL. The SQL one was a bit more tricky, but the interviewers helped and gave hits. They seemed to care more about the way you think than you knowing the correct response.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Yardi Systems (Pune) in July 2025
Interview
there are 3-4 rounds first telephonic round then In person HR round it will be easy if you are fluent in communication then technical round are not that much hard it depend on panel but be prepare for write queries and build end-to-end database system on paper. then the business round in that they ask one question and scroll the reels what's your ans thy does'nt care. And be prepare for rejection doesen't matter how good you are.
The interview process for roles involving OOP, SQL, and programming logic exercises typically includes an initial screening, a technical assessment, live coding interviews, system design discussions, and behavioral evaluations. Candidates must demonstrate problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, and database expertise through coding challenges, SQL queries, and object-oriented programming concepts. To prepare effectively, practice coding on platforms like LeetCode, review key OOP principles, optimize SQL queries, and engage in mock interviews. Strong communication skills and real-world project discussions also play a crucial role in succeeding in technical interviews.
