Interview with HR followed by interview with project manager. Basic interview questions. Nothing tricky. Informal conversation about the job and the company. Seemed like good people and a good place to work.

The interview process at Yardi was quite formal. It started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview at their office, then an interview with a manager. The questions in the in-person interview were pretty heavily focused on the role and their company. There were some of the more general questions, like your working style, what you're looking for in a workplace, but a lot of the questions involved my understanding of the company, their services, and their customers. My advice: Do your research. Learn as much as you can about Yardi and how the role you're applying to fits in to what they do.
