I applied through university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Zillow (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Dropped resume off at UW internship fair. Phone interview with HR. Phone interview with Finance Hiring Manager. Case study sent week before final round. Final round interview in Seattle office with 5 different people. Also an excel case study during one of the interviews. Everybody pretty much asked the same question of Why Zillow and Why Finance
Process is reasonable and questions are as expected in an interview. The people are friendly and didn’t have to wait on them too long to hear back. Made it to 3rd rounds, there are 4 rounds so I couldn’t talk about how the final round will go.

Question 1
What was a instance where you were unsuccessful, describe the situatuion and resolution.
First was a 30 mins phone screen with hr (less than one week after submit resume). Then was another phone interview with hiring manager. The hr was very nice and approachable.
Hiring manger kept asking follow up questions based on my answers. I didn't get the offer, but very positive interview experience.
