      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Denver, CO) in June 2016

      A decent company, but the position advertised is a lot less glamorous than what they make it out to be. I didn't get offered the job, but I think we both knew by the end it wasn't the right fit. To me the job description should tell you that you must be comfortable with taking 400 calls a day and put it nicely that you are just above a telemarketer in this call center. When I asked about job growth in so many words, found out that the Colorado location is meant to be only a call center, so if you want a job taking a lot phone calls for years to come than it's a good fit. The company culture did seem good and benefits for a call center were reasonable.

      Thank you for the feedback, it is very important to us that we always continue to improve our hiring processes. I’m sorry you felt the position wasn’t described accurately. However, it sounds like there may have been a miscommunication in the messaging. While the Client Engagement position is very call heavy, we pride ourselves on our employee development and training, and strive to foster an inclusive environment where employees can continue growing in their careers. We have 13 different departments or teams in the Denver location, so we definitely have opportunity to move cross departmentally. We will use this feedback to continue to improve! Thanks, Annie
