I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied in Seattle in September 2017, the whole process from application to offer took 1 month. The interview experience was very positive! Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Getting the decision took longer than they originally estimated, but they made sure I was in the loop the whole time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A lot of questions about why I wanted this job (no previous recruiting experience). And a lot of questions about task management and scheduling experience.
Initial screening took place via Teams, then if you are selected to move forward there is a second interview which consists of back-to-back interviews (30 min.) with 3-4 other team members. Largely behavioral and situational questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you didn’t know what to do.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Woburn, MA) in May 2022
Interview
I really enjoyed the interview process - I was technically hired as a contractor to start, and interviewed with a panel of 3 then-current employees (recruiter, manager, and coordinator). Each round was half an hour. This followed a half hour informational call with the hiring manager. I was made an offer the same day I interviewed, via email. They will ask you about your interest and background, and will go through prioritization exercises with you as well as ask about times you handled failure, times you provided excellent candidate or customer experience, etc.

Question 1
Tell us about a time where you failed, and what did you learn from it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow in July 2021
Interview
Process took a few weeks, interviewers (there were 4 total, one of which was the hiring manager) were all nice and personable. No true feedback as to why I wasn't offered other than they went with other candidates. Bummer!
