I applied cold through their application website. Overall, I had a great experience with everyone I came in contact with throughout the interview process. There are three rounds, first two over the phone, the last in person. The first round is with a recruiter. Just sussing out your background and making sure the job you are applying for is a good fit with your experience. The second round has you interviewing with someone who would be a part of your team and/or one of your "higher ups" in the position you are interviewing for. More in-depth and focused on your approach to sales and work ethic. Third round is in person. You meet with 3-5 of the team members/higher ups related to your position one by one.
