Initial interview over the phone with the recruiter was pretty standard. Was told the process would have 5 interviews in total which seems to be the new norm? Second interview was with the hiring manager via Zoom. He showed up late, didn't apologize, then asked what my plans were for Juneteenth and wasn't thrilled when I answered that I'd be working due to not having the day off. His demeanor visibly changed at that point. Generic STAR questions followed by a screenshare session in a sandbox org with2 simple declarative configurations. Found out the following week I was not selected, no feedback was provided. After my interaction with the hiring manager, seems like a bullet dodged.
