Phone Screen with recruiter to discuss table stakes and logistics and some basic behavioral questions, 50 min meeting with hiring manager with more behavioral and technical questions, 30 min research presentation to team about recent project, five 45 minute virtual onsite interviews with team members

Interview
The interview process was transparently conducted and straightforward. There was a screening round, then a more in-depth interview, and then a longer conversational interview / skills review with the division head. It was relatively fast compared to other companies, and everyone was extremely professional.

What is the typical output of a Logistic Regression
Very lengthy process with a lot of time investment for candidates. Went through three rounds of interviews (last one an all-day commitment with 5 back-to-back 1-hour interviews), and was very disappointed to get a negative response at the end of all that, though I understand their reasoning.

Didn't write down interviewer questions, but this was the general advice I was given:
* Clear, clean clarifying questions before problem solving
* Balance strong examples, but be concise
* Use old-school STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result
* Display enthusiasm for Zillow and mission
* Be mindful of previous experience, don’t be too negative, talk constructively
