I was referred by a friend. The HR coordinator was extremely cooperative. But I was very unimpressed with the Interviewer. She came totally unprepared without even glancing at my CV. She seemed very distracted. After five minutes, she told me to make a sales pitch. However, the points she made for the pitch were totally invalid. Later, I got to know through a friend that she herself was a new employee at the organisation. The whole process gave a very sad opinion about the organisation. I was disappointed.
