Easy, online based and very straight forward. 2 tests, then interview stages was in a group setting and looking at different scenarios. Don't be the loudest but also don't not say anything.

Interview
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
