Interview
Interviewer forgot to send Zoom link interview, very brief group interview with standard questions. Got completely ghosted by them after telling us that we would get a response that following Monday. If they're unorganized like this during the interview process, I'm not sure it's a place I'd want to work at.
The interview was held in a group interview style (about 12 individuals in total) we went one by one answering questions posed by the interviewer. I found it to be be intimidating because it leads to you actively comparing your answers to the other people also interviewing

I applied online and they will contact you for a group interview. You will be asked for a second interview with the store manager if they like your answers. Overall, the interviews are pretty relaxed and they asks standard questions.
