Zoom group interview of 10 people. If you don’t get your answer in you don’t answer at all so you really have to be ready. They had unique interview questions that I had never been asked in an interview before and I felt really uncomfortable because it had seemed most people on the call had a well thought out answer. Maybe ask the interviewer the day before how to best prepare.

Tell a story of a time that you helped someone who was left out to feel more included (in the workplace or a professional setting).
The interview was held in a group interview style (about 12 individuals in total) we went one by one answering questions posed by the interviewer. I found it to be be intimidating because it leads to you actively comparing your answers to the other people also interviewing

I applied online and they will contact you for a group interview. You will be asked for a second interview with the store manager if they like your answers. Overall, the interviews are pretty relaxed and they asks standard questions.
