As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in resolving technical issues through phone, email, and live chat, using simple and non-technical language
• Providing guidance to customers on how to maximize savings from solar and battery usage
• Keeping customers informed about the progress of their solar installations
• Coordinating maintenance efforts and updating customers accordingly
• Improving our knowledge base to ensure continuous enhancement
• Collaborating with our outstanding Sales team by keeping them informed about customer issues
• This position reports to the Customer Service Team Manager.

You must have:

• Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience - could be Retail, Call Centre, or similar
• Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office (Salesforce experience an added bonus)
