The Macquarie Systematic Investment team is a global equity manager, delivering innovative quantitative investment solutions for institutional and retail clients for over 20 years. The team aspires to provide investor access to the best opportunities available in the equity market, and manages investment capabilities covering Australian, Developed and Emerging markets across a range of risk spectrums.

Working closely with other members of the quant research team, you will be responsible for researching and developing the systematic investment strategies which underpin our products. You will be responsible for generating new research ideas, testing, and implementing those research ideas using Python as well as monitoring the performance of our existing systematic models. In addition to research, you’ll also be maintaining and enhancing existing quantitative systems and processes, preparing responses to client and consultant requests, and continually seeking ways to add value to the overall investment process.
