Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The role will be responsible for leading testing activities across SailPoint and NetIQ platforms, developing automation solutions, maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery of IAM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for IAM solutions, including SailPoint and NetIQ.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and Python.
• Maintain and support Azure DevOps pipelines, test execution, and reporting.
• Perform defect analysis, debugging, root cause identification, and validation of fixes.
• Conduct co-existence and integration testing across impacted systems and workflows.
• Validate provisioning processes, access governance controls, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders within an Agile delivery environment.
• Contribute to effort estimation, test planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer/Test Automation Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python for test development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test management.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms such as SailPoint and NetIQ.
• Basic knowledge of CyberArk, Active Directory (AD), and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Understanding of access provisioning, governance, and identity lifecycle processes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise IAM environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Pay: From $130,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW
